Reporting to: Service Manager

Key responsibilities

• Attend up to 10 calls a day depending on areas/jobs
• Is qualified and competent to test electrical appliances for compliance with current legislation.
• Ensure that all paperwork is up to date and correct
• Inspect job sheets closely to identify key parts that maybe needed to complete calls.
• Collect parts that are to be fitted for days calls.
• Ensure that van stock is always up to date.
• Ensure that vehicle supplied is clean and presentable to enforce the companies image and carry out routine maintenance checks.
• Plan your route in the most efficient way taking notes of times printed on job sheets.
• Aim to be at your first call by 8:30am the latest each day.
• Promote a good image to all customers.
• Promote good teamwork.
• Order any parts required from the customer's house using the laptop.
