I would definitely recommend Glotech Repairs for their prompt and efficient service. Customer Servuce is quick to reply to emails. The engineer phones just before his arrival to say he is on his way which is helpful. Engineers are polite and knowledgeable.

Booked my appointment on Sunday, with the technician due to arrive on Thursday. I received a confirmation text he was en-route on Thursday and then a call. He arrived and promptly and efficiently fixed my dishwasher and was courteous and just overall nice throughout. Having tried to contact other repair companies Glotech were the only one who actually sorted the appointment. Overall I'm really pleased with their services from booking, to fixing the issue.. thank you
Although l had my appointment for my repair cancelled , when the engineer arrived on the second appointment , he was professional and did a good job . He was quick and efficient and respected my property . My Neff oven after having a new element is working perfectly now and the oven light which kept going off and on now stays on when cooking . I am very pleased with the outcome and would call them out for any future breakdowns .
My Neff oven stopped working and I contacted Glotech and they set up the appointments for this morning. The engineer Waheem telephoned in advance,diagnosed the issue and fitted a spare part straight away. A brilliant service with great communication - thankyou !
