We offer two pricing structures; a one-off repair which includes as long as it takes our engineer (with any spares charged on top), and our Platinum service plan option which protects your appliance against unlimited breakdown and includes all labour and spares cost in return for a small monthly fee by direct debit.
We're Prepared
We don't go into repairs blinded. We start the repair of your appliance from the second you call us (or book online). Our in-house engineers look through the repair request created on our systems to triage the repair and see if there are any parts which we can bring with us to increase the chances of a first visit fix (if we have the parts in stock).
Fast Appointments
We can usually attend the same or next working day. In some areas, we also offer Saturday appointments.
