One-off Repair
There's a one-off labour charge which covers the engineer's time (including any required return visits). If spare parts are required, they're charged on top.
Appliance Service Plan
The Glotech Platinum service plan covers your appliance against an unlimited number of breakdowns and approved repairs. It includes all labour and spares in return for a small monthly fee via direct debit.
