We get asked what Baumatic dishwasher fault codes mean so often that we thought we’d put up a guide listing all the common ones to try and help you understand what your much loved machine is trying to tell you!
Please remember that whilst we’ve done our best to include all the common fault codes, we may have missed one or two or the codes may mean something different for certain specific models.

E2 | No drain |
E3 | NTC/Element fault |
E4 | Overfilling |
E5 | Cannot switch off automatically- programme not finishing (not for BDW 13, 14 or 15) |
E6 | Open circuit Thermistor |
