Beko washing machine with Err code appearing on screen. What does this mean, machine only used 4 time from New??

Thank you for your message. If your Beko washing machine is displaying an “Err” code, this generally indicates a fault or malfunction within the machine, though it can be related to several different components. The issue could be related to a problem with the door lock, water supply, drain pump, or even the control board.

Given that the machine is almost new and has only been used four times, it’s likely still under warranty. If simple checks like ensuring the door is fully closed or the water supply is on don’t resolve the issue, it’s best to contact Beko customer service or book an engineer to inspect and resolve the fault. Let me know if you’d like help arranging this!
