Miele W1 twin dos xl&wificonn@ct

Looked on google said “flood switch activated”
It said to tilt machine back 45degrees to drain water I have and machine was ok for two weeks now same fault and this time a lot of water came out. Question do I have a blocked pipe?

The “Waterproofing” error on your Miele W1 indicates water has collected in the base, likely due to a leak or blockage. Since tilting the machine temporarily resolved the issue, potential causes include a clogged drain or filter, a leaking hose, overuse of detergent, or a faulty component. Check and clean the drain pump, hoses, and lint filter. Inspect for loose or damaged connections. Avoid overloading and ensure correct detergent use. If the issue persists after these steps, it may require professional service to address an internal leak or faulty part. Keep the machine unplugged if water continues to collect. Please call us on 03330152609 if you require an engineer.

Thank you for reaching out. The E36 error code on your washing machine typically indicates a fault with the water-level sensor or pressure switch. This could be due to a blockage in the pressure system, a faulty sensor, or an issue with the control board.

You can check for blockages in the pressure hose or clean the filter, but further diagnosis requires specialized tools.

We recommend booking an engineer to accurately identify and resolve the issue. Let us know if you’d like to arrange this, and we’ll be happy to help!

Thank you for your message. The E35-10 error on a Bosch washing machine indicates an issue with the water-level system, such as an overflow or pressure sensor fault. This could be caused by a blocked pressure hose, a faulty water-level sensor, or a control board issue.

As you’re in Bourne End, Hemel Hempstead, we recommend booking an engineer to diagnose and repair the fault safely. Let us know if you’d like help arranging this, and we’ll ensure a prompt response!

Thank you for your message. If your washing machine stops after a few minutes with the “Speed” button appearing on the screen, it may be related to an issue with the programme settings, such as an overloaded drum or an imbalance during the cycle. The “Speed” function is often used for faster washing, but if the load is uneven or too large, it can cause the machine to stop to prevent damage.

You should try redistributing the clothes inside the drum and ensure it’s not overloaded. If the issue persists, there could be a problem with the load sensor, door lock, or control board. We recommend booking an engineer if this doesn’t resolve the problem. Let me know if you’d like help arranging a visit!

Thank you for your message. The E-13 error code on your washing machine typically indicates a problem with the water drainage system. This can be caused by a blocked pump filter, a clogged drain hose, or an issue with the drain pump itself.

To resolve this, start by checking and cleaning the filter and ensuring the drain hose is clear of any blockages. If the issue persists, it may be a fault with the drain pump that requires further inspection.

If these steps don’t resolve the issue, we recommend booking an engineer to diagnose and repair the machine. Let me know if you’d like help arranging this!

Thank you for your message. If your washing machine stops halfway through a cycle with water still inside and you can’t restart it, the issue could be with the drainage system, door lock, or control board. A common cause is a blockage in the drain pump or filter, preventing the water from draining properly. This may cause the machine to stop mid-cycle.

If the machine allows you to open the door but doesn’t restart, it could also be an issue with the door lock not registering as closed, or a fault in the control system. You should check the filter and drain hose for blockages, and if the problem persists, it’s best to book an engineer to inspect and repair the machine. Let me know if you’d like help arranging this!

Thank you for your message. The F12 error code on a washer dryer typically indicates a problem with the communication between the control board and the central processing unit (CPU). This could be due to a wiring issue, a faulty control board, or a software malfunction.

To start, try resetting the machine by turning it off, unplugging it for a few minutes, and then turning it back on. If the issue persists, it’s likely that a professional technician will need to inspect and possibly replace the control board or check the wiring connections.

Let me know if you’d like help arranging for an engineer visit!

Thank you for your message. The “00” error code on a Bosch washer/dryer typically indicates a communication issue between the control board and the rest of the machine. This could be caused by a software glitch, faulty wiring, or an issue with the control board itself.

If the appliance won’t work after turning it off, it may be related to the same issue, where the control board is not responding properly. You can try resetting the machine by unplugging it for a few minutes and then plugging it back in, but if the problem persists, it’s best to book an engineer to inspect and potentially replace the control board. Let me know if you’d like help arranging this!

Thank you for your message. The “C8” error code on a Bosch top-load washing machine typically indicates an issue with the motor, often related to the motor’s communication with the control board or a fault with the motor itself.

This error could also be caused by wiring issues, a malfunctioning motor control board, or a problem with the motor brushes. To resolve this, it’s best to check the connections and wiring around the motor, but if the issue persists, it would be advisable to have a qualified technician inspect and potentially replace the motor or control board.
