Since the error relates to an imbalanced load the first question is whether you have a balanced load. Too little washing (like one towel) or washing where you have one heavy item and lots of light things will cause this problem and washing machines can be quite sensitive these days.
If you don’t think it is that then it could be a number of things so it is hard to quote exactly.
